Using thermal data from over 25 satellites, the startup offers real-time insights to clients, including governments and insurance companies, helping them manage wildfire risks. OroraTech's revenue model is subscription-based, with customers integrating its data into their systems via API. Positioned at the intersection of AI, climate tech, and space, OroraTech attracted significant interest, resulting in an oversubscribed funding round.

Scott’s Addition-based startup, Cookie Finance, has raised $4.1 million to expand its accounting services tailored for social media content creators. Founded by Nate Coughran, the company addresses the unique financial needs of creators, offering monthly packages that cover revenue tracking, expense management, and tax filing. Cookie has grown rapidly since its launch in 2022, attracting clients across the U.S. The fresh capital will help the startup double its workforce and build its software systems to support more creators as the company continues to scale.

Personal-care brand Clensta is in advanced discussions to raise $10 million in a Series B round, with Amazon expected to participate through its SMBhav Venture Fund.
