The fund aims to help founders scale their businesses globally and achieve product-market fit.

Google has announced AI Studio, a new web-based integrated development environment (IDE) for creating and deploying AI models. AI Studio is powered by Gemini, Google’s largest and most capable AI model, which can generate code, text, images, and more. AI Studio lets developers use Gemini in a simple and intuitive way, without requiring any coding or ML expertise. AI Studio also integrates with other Google products, such as Cloud, Firebase, and TensorFlow.

Stripe, the leading online payment platform, has acquired Bouncer, a startup that provides fraud prevention tools for online transactions. Bouncer’s technology scans card details and verifies the identity of the cardholder in real-time, using machine learning and computer vision. Bouncer will join Stripe’s Radar team, which helps merchants detect and prevent fraud on their platforms. The terms of the deal were not disclosed

Microsoft has unveiled Windows 11, the next major update of its flagship operating system. Windows 11 features a redesigned user interface, with a centered Start menu, rounded corners, and new icons. Windows 11 also introduces new features, such as Snap Layouts, Snap Groups, and Desktops, which help users organize and multitask on multiple windows and screens. Windows 11 also supports Android apps, which can be downloaded from the Amazon Appstore through the new Microsoft Store. Windows 11 will be available as a free upgrade for eligible Windows 10 devices later this year.

Rainforest allows SaaS providers to offer their customers a seamless and secure way to pay for their subscriptions, without leaving their platforms. Rainforest also handles the billing, invoicing, taxation, and compliance aspects of payments, as well as the integration with payment gateways and processors. Rainforest recently raised $20 million in a seed round led by Coatue.
