Mumbai-based EV battery maker Neuron Energy has closed Rs 20 crore in Series A funding, led by Chona Family and Capri Global Family Office, following a Rs 20 crore pre-Series A round led by Equanimity. The funds will be deployed toward strengthening R&D and setting up state-of-the-art labs in Pune to extend battery life, reduce charging time, and develop efficient cooling systems.
Ship Angel of New York closed a $5 million funding round led by Glasswing Ventures with participation from Newark Venture Partners, Bienville Capital, Socii Capital, and Plug and Play.
